Know your water!
Das AquaVita by Krishnaye Kare Inc. is an innovative smart water purifier that employs advanced filtration technologies to deliver the highest water quality. Uncontrollable environmental factors like outdated piping systems, pollution and more, can compromise water quality and safety despite efforts by water providers, and that’s where we come in.
The system uses activated charcoal, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis (RO), and ultraviolet (UV) purification to remove contaminants in a streamlined process, from heavy metals to microorganisms. The water is then remineralised to taste like fresh, spring water. The system features AI, XR, and IoT capabilities for easy installation, remote control, and real-time monitoring.
Das AquaVita aims to reduce plastic waste and support environmental sustainability, addressing the critical need for clean drinking water, the rising issue of micro-plastics even in bottled water, and the scarcity of affordable, user-friendly home purification units. Das AquaVita commits to supporting 4 UN SDGs: Good Health and Well-being, Clean Water and Sanitation, Responsible Consumption and Production, and Climate Action to drive a circular ecosystem. The embedded Digital Product Passport is supported by blockchain, to provide transparency and traceability on device lifecycle and all components, keeping consumers fully informed about their water purifier.

The VU University Ambulatory Monitoring System (VU-AMS) developed at the VU University in Amsterdam is used worldwide by many research groups to study stress and emotion in both laboratory and naturalistic settings.
Firefly Quantum is making optical circuits as easy as electonic circuits. In electronics the printed circuit board provides a low-cost, high-performance route to market for custom circuit designs. This essential link between breadboards and integrated circuits is missing for optics. The way optical circuits are built hasn’t significantly changed in 50 years. Students, researchers and […]
An optical probe that characterizes molecular structure and size We have designed and are currently optimizing an optical liquid sample cell that simultaneously measures the size and IR/UV/Raman spectrum of molecules/particles in solution: Optical Diffusion-Ordered SpectroscopY. In the case of mixed samples, the optical spectra of the different components are cleanly separated by size. This […]
