VacuFry
Deep fried food. Who doesn’t love it? Especially in our home country of the Netherlands, deep frying is considered somewhat of a national sport. Unfortunately, as we all know, deep frying is not very healthy. We created the VacuFry; a healthier deep fryer that won’t leave you wanting something tastier. The VacuFry works by creating a vacuum in the pan, which allows the food to be cooked at a lower temperature. This makes the crispy layer form faster, which locks in flavour, reduces the amount of harmful substances and also reduces the fat content.
